Shipping policy

Each item is built upon order confirmation, with an estimated lead time of 5-7 working days before it is ready for collection or shipment. Larger orders may require additional time, and we will notify you accordingly.

Self-collection is available at 3018 Bedok North Street 5, #05-10 Eastlink, S486132.  Please await notification before visiting our workshop.

For deliveries, we consolidate shipments weekly and will reach out to schedule delivery date and time range. For any special requests, please contact us at send@kiihold.com
