Refund policy
We largely produce on a build-to-order basis to provide you the best value we can; you pay for intentionally-designed and locally-made pieces, not warehousing or logistics. If any products are found to be defective, we will ensure your satisfaction through exchange, but we are not able to offer refunds on this model.
Defective Products
We encourage you to inspect your products upon receipt. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will be in touch to arrange the exchange process that is appropriate for your product.
Important Notice
Please do not return any products until you receive confirmation from us. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced parcels, including any shipping or other costs incurred in returning the product to us.
All shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
